Why buy pork from us?

First off, we are all about wagging curly piggy tails. In pig life when the tails are curled, life is good. Content, happiness, and curiousity are the vibe we want our pigs to have. Animal Welfare welfare is important to us. Our pigs are not crowded, they get fresh air, sunshine, treats, backrubs with the rotobrush, fresh water, and feeds which are grown, dried, ground, and picked up locally (ref). 

Sounds cliche, or maybe market hype-y, but it's how we roll. We like pigs. They are like little puppies at the beginning, friends later, and finally, nourishment for us to live, as they are livestock.

Why are our pigs crazy good!?

There are a few reason. First, we treat our pigs well, as mentioned before. Our pigs have indoor and outdoor areas, which not only they like, but requires them to get some steps in. Secondly, we attempt to butcher at a heavier weight ~300lbs, which allows the cuts of meat to get bigger, and marble more, which creates that maximum yum-ness. Thirdly,  we use a custom butcher, so you get the exact cuts you want. Ever have a french cut loin chop, cut to an inch and half, and cooked to perfection? Beautiful!

Is there a difference in the meat?

Yes, at first glance you will notice a more reddish-pink color to the meat before cooking and enhanced marbling. While cooking, the smell will be more robust, and finally, once cooked, you will notice a richer, more nuanced flavor, along with better texture to the meat. I dare you to compare!
